Non-Returns Policy for Digital Book Sales

Please carefully review our Non-Returns Policy below before making your purchase of digital book(s) on our platform. This policy is in accordance with New Zealand Consumer Law. Please note, this policy may be updated periodically and it is your responsibility to check for updates.

  1. All Sales are Final: Once a purchase of a digital book is completed, it is considered final. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a digital book has been downloaded. 

  2. Incorrect Purchase: We strongly recommend that you read all information associated with a digital book before making a purchase. In the event that you mistakenly purchase a digital book, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their purchase is correct before finalising the transaction.

  3. Technical Issues: In the case of any technical issues preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchased digital book, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If it is determined that we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered digital books are also subject to this non-returns policy. The charges for pre-ordered items are made at the time of purchase and the sale is considered final.

  5. Gifts: Digital books purchased as gifts follow the same non-return policy. The recipient may not exchange or return the gifted digital book for a refund.

  6. Pricing Errors: If an error is found in the price of the digital book you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

  7. Legal Rights: Nothing in this policy is intended to override or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
